5 things in a screen writing

Slug line - establish the setting int or ext, when does scene take place, add action of setting

Action- always write present tense, capitalize name of charcter for first introduction, plus small description of charcter, add sound, always have something between slug line and dialgoe

Charcter name- v.o. is voice over, capitialize name

Parentheticals- movements of what charcters are doing as they speak the dialogue. 

Dialogue- what the charcter says
