Sensory Overload

1) I think it's an interesting statement to make after photographing all those material things. I do agree with this statement because we all have favorite things that we hold on to and lots of material items in our lives. This makes me think about my photos in a different way because they sort of are our possesions that we are attached to even if they aren't physical items. 2) I would want to visit this place because it looks very interesting, but maybe not photograph because theres so much going on and so many subjects in each little section, it'd be hard to get a clear composition. 3) I think it would be an awesome almost magical place because theres all these colors and toys and other cool things it just seems really interesting. 4) My favorite photo is the one with the stuffed animals. Hard News Earthquake story

Yesterday at 8:12 a.m. A quake struck San Francisco, California in the Bay Area Monday morning. The quake killed two people and injured six others at McHenry’s Aust supply located at 2342 Plum St. Their names are being withheld until families are notified, according to Jennifer Vu, a public information officer for the Hayward Fire Department. The quake had a magnitude of 6.4 on the Richter Scale and Mike Beamer, who lives across the street from McHenry’s said, “I was eating my breakfast when the room started rolling. I dove under the table just as I heard an explosion outside and a chunk of cement flew through my kitchen window. That’s when the screaming started across the street”. Using ropes to stabilize the auto shop, Hayward firefighters conducted a search and while they were there they found a gas leak at the site. Twenty-one personnel, 12 police and five American Red Cross workers came to the emergency. Three of the six people injured were seriously hurt and required hospital...
